These terms cover all graphics on this website for a basic personal membership and for any freebies offered within the membership area for non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.

Items MAY NOT be used for any commercial projects (unless otherwise noted on specific items)

By downloading free items and/or by registering and subscribing to lowcountryscrapper.com, you agree to abide by the terms and policies listed below. All copyrights to layouts, graphics, and any other materials on this site are retained by the original creator, www.lowcountryscrapper.com, Nicole Perry.

Users of this site and its materials have the right to copy, modify, and use the items in their own personal or non-profit work. Items may not be redistributed or sold digital or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, websites, CD/DVD, and printed copies.

You may submit layouts created using my products to crafting magazines, crafting & scrapbooking galleries on the internet, and contests, as long as you include a credit to the designer, Nicole Perry, if feasable, a link to lowcountryscrapper.com for the designs used.

You may not share these graphics with friends. This is in violation of these terms. If your friend likes my graphics, refer them to this site, so they can purchase their own subscription. You are ablsolutely not allowed to hotlink or share any links to downloadable files from this website. This is considered stealing bandwidth as well as being in violation of the rules of sharing the graphics that you download. If anyone is caught hotlinking or sharing access to any of the zip files in any way, whether in the free or member sections, their account will be immediately and permanently suspended.

Fair Use:

Please do not take my items and either resell or give them away under the false pretense of Fair Use. This is a common practice because some people don’t know the facts and think fair use includes simply taking an item and claiming it’s theirs to do what they like with. If you are using my items for a tutorial, that’s fine. You can do that but you cannot give away the item with the tutorial.

Please note that all of my items are digitally embedded with a unique signature. Even if you copy and paste an image from my original to your own new document, the branding remains.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall lowcountryscrapper.com or it’s designers or agents be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed.

No Refund Policy

Because our Web site has implemented the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system through Paypal, which allows images to be downloaded immediately after paying the Membership fee, without any exception, we have an absolute NO REFUND policy. Please be sure to read all terms and agreements carefully before proceeding with your purchase. If you have any questions at all, please contact me at admin AT lowcountryscrapper DOT com.

Only Exception to the No Refund Policy

In the event that you have technical issues with this website and cannot log in, all efforts will be made to correct any problems. If, after 24 hours, these issues still persist and you are still unable to gain access to the membership area after logging in, a full refund will be made. In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact me within 12 hours of registration and payment and it must be proven that you cannot successfully log in or no refund will be offered.

Subscription Renewal for Monthly, semi-annual and yearly Subscriptions:

Monthly subscriptions are auto-renewing and your subscription will automatically be billed at the end of each billing period, depending on your subscription. You may cancel your account at any time by logging in to your paypal account and ending your subscription yourself or by contacting me with your cancellation request and I will terminate your subscription manually.

If the subscription prices change during your active subscription period, the price you paid at your initial sign-up will remain in effect for as long as you keep your subscription active. If you cancel your subscription before or at the expiration date, you will be required to pay the new subscription price to re-gain access to the site unless other arrangements are made beforehand.

Lifetime subscriptions for all license types (commercial or personal) never expire and you will never need to renew or pay any future fees.
